Organization Development (OD) is a planned organizazion-wide effort to adapt to new technologies, markets, or challenges. We use a very special method to start an OD project: Integral HorseMapping. This method is based on the Integral Approach (Ken Wilber and others) and is using the Appreciative Inquiry model for change management processes.
In this video you can see horses moving around in an organizational constellation, which has been built after a theoretical discussion about the future. It is the last part of a two day workshop. The goal is to get all people emotionally involved into the change process.
The three horses represent the Good, the True and the Beautiful and people experience how to interpret from different points of view using the perspectives of the I, the We and the It.
